PAYMENT POLICY
Effective Date: 22 September 2026
Last Updated: 22 September 2026
This Payment Policy explains how payments are accepted and processed for travel services purchased through Dellics Travels.
It applies to bookings made through the Dellics Travels website, mobile applications, customer service channels, and other authorized Dellics Travels booking channels.
1. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
Depending on the customer's location and booking type, Dellics Travels may accept payment through available payment methods including:
- Visa;
- Mastercard;
- Other supported international payment cards;
- Mobile Money;
- Bank transfer;
- Approved local payment methods;
- Payment links;
- Corporate payment arrangements; and
- Other payment methods displayed at checkout.
The payment methods available for a particular booking may vary according to the country, currency, supplier, and transaction value.
2. PRICES AND CURRENCY
Prices displayed on the Dellics Travels platform will normally identify the applicable currency.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices are subject to availability and may change before a booking is confirmed.
Travel suppliers may change fares, room rates, taxes, fees, and availability at any time before confirmation.
The final amount payable will be the amount displayed at the final stage of the booking process before payment is submitted.
Where additional mandatory charges apply, Dellics Travels will seek to disclose them before payment is completed.
3. PRICE CONFIRMATION
A search result or quoted price does not necessarily constitute a confirmed booking.
A booking becomes confirmed when:
- The required payment has been successfully received or authorized;
- The supplier has accepted the booking, where applicable; and
- Dellics Travels issues a booking confirmation, ticket, voucher, or other confirmation document.
Customers should not assume that a reservation is confirmed solely because payment details have been entered.
4. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
By submitting a payment, the customer confirms that:
- The payment information provided is accurate;
- The customer is authorized to use the selected payment method;
- The customer authorizes Dellics Travels and/or its authorized payment provider to process the transaction; and
- Sufficient funds or available credit exist to complete the transaction.
Additional authentication may be required by the customer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
5. PAYMENT SECURITY
Dellics Travels uses third-party payment providers and payment-processing infrastructure where applicable.
Customers should enter payment-card information only through the designated secure payment interface.
Dellics Travels does not request customers to send complete card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, PINs, or online banking passwords through WhatsApp, email, or social media.
Customers should immediately report any suspicious payment request claiming to be from Dellics Travels.
6. PAYMENT PROCESSORS
Depending on the transaction, Dellics Travels may use one or more authorized payment processors, acquiring institutions, banks, or payment service providers.
The payment provider may process personal and transaction information in accordance with its own privacy policy and applicable law.
Where payment is processed by a third-party provider, the provider's terms may also apply.
7. FAILED, DECLINED OR REVERSED PAYMENTS
A transaction may fail or be declined because of:
- Insufficient funds;
- Card restrictions;
- Bank authorization failure;
- Incorrect payment information;
- Fraud-prevention controls;
- Payment-provider restrictions;
- Currency or transaction limits;
- Technical problems; or
- Other reasons determined by the financial institution or payment provider.
If payment fails, the booking may not be confirmed.
Customers should not repeatedly submit payment if they are uncertain whether a previous transaction succeeded. They should first contact Dellics Travels or check their booking confirmation.
8. DUPLICATE PAYMENTS
If a customer believes they have been charged more than once for the same booking, they should contact Dellics Travels immediately.
We will investigate the transaction and, where a duplicate charge is confirmed, arrange the appropriate correction or refund.
9. PAYMENT VERIFICATION
For certain transactions, Dellics Travels may request additional information to verify the payment or identity of the customer.
This may be required where:
- The transaction is unusually large;
- The booking contains indicators requiring additional verification;
- The payment method does not match the traveller information;
- The payment provider requests additional information; or
- Fraud-prevention or regulatory requirements apply.
Dellics Travels may delay or decline a transaction that cannot be adequately verified.
10. THIRD-PARTY PAYMENTS
Where permitted, a booking may be paid for by a person other than the traveller.
Dellics Travels may request information confirming the relationship between the payer and traveller or authorization to use the payment method.
We may decline or reverse a transaction where we reasonably believe the payment method has been used without authorization.
11. BANK TRANSFERS
Where bank transfer is offered, customers must use the exact payment instructions supplied by Dellics Travels.
Customers should include the relevant booking reference when making a transfer.
A bank transfer does not necessarily result in immediate booking confirmation.
The booking will be confirmed only after the required funds have been received and reconciled, subject to availability.
Customers should not transfer funds to bank accounts or payment numbers obtained from unofficial sources.
12. MOBILE MONEY
Where Mobile Money is offered, customers must use the payment instructions displayed or officially communicated by Dellics Travels.
Customers should verify the merchant name or payment recipient before approving a transaction.
Dellics Travels will not be responsible for payments made to unauthorized individuals or accounts as a result of independently obtained payment instructions.
13. CARD PAYMENTS
For card payments, the customer's card issuer may apply:
- Foreign-exchange charges;
- International transaction fees;
- Cash-advance fees; or
- Other charges.
These charges are imposed by the customer's financial institution and are outside Dellics Travels' control.
14. CURRENCY CONVERSION
Where the customer's card or bank account is denominated in a currency different from the booking currency, the customer's bank or payment provider may convert the transaction.
The exchange rate used may therefore differ from the exchange rate displayed by Dellics Travels.
Any applicable conversion fees imposed by a financial institution or payment provider remain the customer's responsibility unless otherwise required by law.
15. PAYMENT FOR TRAVEL PACKAGES
Where a package requires a deposit, instalment, or balance payment, the applicable payment schedule will be communicated to the customer before confirmation.
Failure to pay a required balance by the stated deadline may result in:
- Cancellation of the booking;
- Loss of the deposit;
- Supplier cancellation fees;
- Changes to the package price; or
- Other consequences stated in the booking terms.
Where applicable law requires specific payment disclosures or protections for package travel, those requirements will apply.
For example, certain package-travel regulations may require travellers to receive information about the package price and payments due before concluding the contract.
16. PAYMENT RECEIPTS
Following successful payment, customers should receive an appropriate payment confirmation, booking confirmation, receipt, invoice, or other transaction record.
Customers should retain these documents for their records.
17. REFUNDS
Approved refunds will normally be processed to the original payment method, subject to the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The time required for the funds to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment processor, bank, card issuer, or other financial institution.
18. CHARGEBACKS
Customers should contact Dellics Travels first if they believe a transaction is incorrect, duplicated, or unauthorized.
Where a chargeback is initiated, Dellics Travels may provide relevant transaction and booking documentation to the payment processor, acquiring bank, card network, or issuing bank for investigation.
Nothing in this section removes any statutory rights available to customers.
19. FRAUD PREVENTION
Dellics Travels reserves the right to delay, reject, or cancel a transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect:
- Payment fraud;
- Unauthorized use of a payment method;
- Identity fraud;
- Stolen payment credentials;
- Money laundering;
- Sanctions violations;
- False information; or
- Other unlawful activity.
Where appropriate, suspicious transactions may be reported to relevant payment providers, financial institutions, or competent authorities as required by law.
20. PAYMENT DISPUTES
Customers should contact Dellics Travels regarding payment questions, failed transactions, duplicate charges, refunds, or other payment disputes.

21. POLICY CHANGES
Dellics Travels may update this Payment Policy from time to time to reflect changes in payment providers, technology, regulations, or business operations.
The version applicable to a transaction will generally be the version in effect at the time of payment, subject to mandatory legal requirements.
22. APPLICABLE LAW
This Policy is subject to applicable laws and regulations governing the relevant transaction and travel service.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude or restrict mandatory consumer, payment, or other legal rights.
