Dellics Travels LLC & Dellics Travels (“us”, “we” or “our”, as the context requires) provides online travel services, including flight, hotel and car hire search, tours, transfers, diaspora tours, eSIM price comparison, visa assistance, and other travel-related services (the “Services”) to travellers in Africa and around the world through our website and other platforms (the “Platforms”).
Dellics Travels LLC is not a travel provider and, unless expressly stated otherwise, is not responsible for providing, setting, or controlling the prices applicable to travel options or products that you find or book through our Services (the “Third-Party Travel Products”).
Third-Party Travel Products are provided by independent airlines, hotels, travel agents, tour operators, transportation providers, eSIM providers, and other third parties (the “Travel Providers”) and are subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties.

Our Services and Platforms are provided by Dellics Travels LLC, a limited liability company incorporated and registered in Wyoming, United States, and Dellics Travels, a business registered in Ghana under registration number BN076061024.
Other entities that directly or indirectly control, are controlled by, or are under common control with Dellics Travels may also provide or support certain Services.

3. These Terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Services and Platforms.

- Represent our Services or Platforms as being operated by anyone other than Dellics Travels.

You must not use any unauthorised automated computer program, software agent, bot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other software or application to scan, copy, index, sort, collect, or otherwise exploit our Services, Platforms, or the data contained on them.
Dellics Travels invests significant resources in collecting, processing, organising, and presenting travel information from third-party suppliers.
We reserve the right to take reasonable technical or legal action to detect, prevent, and restrict unauthorised automated access to our Services and Platforms.

Where we provide indicative pricing, estimates, or other travel information, such information should not be treated as a guarantee that the same price or availability will remain available.
16. Making Travel Bookings Through Dellics Travels
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Dellics Travels acts as a platform that helps users search for, compare, and arrange travel products and services provided by independent Travel Providers.
Third-Party Travel Products may be provided by:
- Airlines
- Hotels
- Travel agents
- Tour operators
- Transportation providers
- eSIM providers
- Other travel suppliers
The applicable Travel Provider and its terms and conditions will be identified during the booking process where applicable.

17. Travel Provider Terms
You agree to comply with all applicable Travel Provider terms relating to your booking.
A breach of Travel Provider terms may result in consequences such as:
- Cancellation of tickets or reservations
- Additional charges
- Loss of benefits
- Changes to your booking
- Other remedies available to the Travel Provider
The Travel Provider is responsible for fulfilling the travel product or service you purchase from it, subject to the applicable agreement.
18. Linked Travel Arrangements
Depending on where you are located and the applicable consumer protection laws, booking two or more related travel products within a certain period may create a Linked Travel Arrangement or another legally recognised travel arrangement.
The legal protections applicable to such arrangements may differ from those available when booking a package holiday through a single organiser.
You should review the terms applicable to each Travel Provider and the legal protections available in your jurisdiction before completing your bookings.
19. Limitations and Exclusions of Liability
These Terms set out the extent of Dellics Travels' obligations and liabilities in relation to our Services and Platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dellics Travels is not responsible for arrangements you make directly with third parties as a result of using our Services or Platforms.
If you experience a problem with a booking provided by a Travel Provider, you should generally contact the relevant Travel Provider in accordance with its applicable terms.
Where our Services contain links to third-party websites or resources, those links are provided for convenience or information. We do not control those third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices.
20. Third-Party Advertising
You may see advertising or promotional material provided by third parties through our Services or Platforms.
Each advertiser is responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of its advertising material.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dellics Travels is not responsible for third-party advertising content, including errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dellics Travels, together with its officers, directors, employees, representatives, affiliates, service providers, and partners, will not be liable for:
- Inaccuracies or omissions in information displayed through our Services;
- Temporary interruptions or unavailability;
- Delays;
- Loss of profits or savings;
- Indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses; or
- Other losses arising from your access to or use of our Services or Platforms,
except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to applicable law, our maximum aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services will be limited to USD $100 (one hundred US dollars).
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights.

Subject to applicable law, you may be responsible for losses, claims, proceedings, costs, damages, and reasonable expenses incurred by Dellics Travels or its representatives arising from:
- Your unlawful use of our Services;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your violation of third-party rights; or
- Your misuse of our Platforms.
Nothing in this section requires you to indemnify us for liability caused by our own unlawful conduct where such liability cannot legally be transferred to you.

Dellics Travels may suspend or terminate your access to our Services or Platforms where we reasonably believe that you have:

- Used our Services unlawfully;
- Misused our Platforms;
- Compromised the security of our Services; or
- Engaged in conduct that may harm Dellics Travels, our users, or third parties.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific Services, constitute the agreement between you and Dellics Travels regarding your use of our Services.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.
